Bar Muscle-up Seminar

This seminar focuses on the bar muscle-up. During the two weeks we will focus on specific drills to help you either get your first bar muscle-up or learn how to do be more efficient. We will cover strength exercises and scales that you can do during class or on your own time to help you further develop the skill.

Pre-requisites:
3-5 Strict Pull-ups
5-7 Chest to bar Pull-ups
8-10 Kipping Dips
20 Second Hollow Hold
