The WOD of Gilligan

Gilligan is a 3 hour long WOD. Yes, we said 3 hours. It is an grueling endurance event that tests your cardiovascular capacity. We thought since Crossfit is Constantly varied, functional movement, across broad time and modal domains, this would be a good way to shake up your training. Plus you get to hang out with your friends for 3 hours, instead of just the usual one.

“Gilligan”

30 min cycling
20 min running
10 min rowing

3 rounds for max accumulated distance.

Please note that you will need your own bicycle or share one with a friend. There will be running and biking loops set up around the gym.

Who: Anyone who is interested and well hydrated.
Cost: 40$ this includes a jersey and refreshments
